Service Terms and Conditions for Prospective Homebuyers:

DJP Multiple Services Inc. does not require prospective buyers to present identification to work with us. However, for security purposes, you may be asked to present photo identification prior to entering our offices. Customers may be required to present photo identification for other security or similar purposes. Individual property owners, certain sponsor/ developer-clients, managing agents, or certain listing brokers may also require photo identification prior to a property showing or to work with them; We will communicate this information to prospective buyers when such a situation arises. Photo ID verification is required after an offer is accepted, before purchase can be made.

DJP Multiple Services, Inc. does not require a prospective buyer to sign an Exclusive Buyer Representation Agreement. However, nothing prevents any licensee from working with a prospective homebuyer under an Exclusive Buyer Representation Agreement for the mutual purpose of exclusivity.

DJP Multiple Services, Inc. does not require a pre-approval for a mortgage loan in order to show a prospective homebuyer properties. We additionally offer preapproval help to all prospective homebuyers. Licensees may recommend the prospective homebuyer obtain a pre-approval but may not require it. individual property owners, certain sponsor/developer clients, or certain listing brokers may require one – and if so, we will communicate such information to prospective home buyers when such situations arise.
